You can access our Web site home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data.

The services and links of our Web site

Our Web site enables you to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others. This is done only if you join the ASHI Instructors Network, an email list serve. When you do so, other visitors may collect your email address and read any message you send to the list.

We automatically log personal data by means such as programming or we link information automatically logged by such means with personal data. We also use cookies to store personal data or we link information stored in cookies with personal data. We do so for the following purposes:

    1.Training Center Application Approval & Instructor Authorization
    2.Listing your Approved Training Center on our website
    3.Research and development
    4.Customer administration
    5.Marketing
    6.Technical administration of the Web site

Training Centers Disclosure

We disclose information on contacting our approved Training Centers to our web site visitors. We provide you with the means to opt-in and out-out of Training Center disclosure;

    1.By indicating you do not want your Training Center to be listed on our website in the Training
       Center application.
    2.By sending an email (info@ashinstitute.org )
    3.By calling this telephone number ( 800-682-5067 )

Data Collection and Purpose Specification

We collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our services. We may also collect information about you from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations. We do not collect or use personal data for any purpose other than that indicated.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, but will take specific steps to protect the privacy of children who disclose any personal data to us.

Confidentiality / Security

We do not give visitors to our Web site the option of using a secure transmission method to send us their personal data. However, we have implemented internal policies to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

    4.Unlawful destruction or accidental loss

All our employees and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our customers personal data. We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to state institutions and authorities except if required by law or regulation. You can ask us about any personal data we may hold about you and we will provide the information without any charge, although we may require proof of your identity. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data rectified or amended.
